In short

FuryMail is a free application for reading and sending your own mail. By installing and using it, you agree to what follows.

What you may do

• Use the app on your own computers, with your own mailboxes
• Connect as many mailboxes as you like, provided you are entitled to access them

What you may not do

• Connect someone else's mailbox without that person's permission
• Use the app to send spam, or for anything your mail provider's rules or the law forbid
• Attempt to use the app's Google access for any purpose other than running your own mail

Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Your mail is held by your mail provider, and its preservation is that provider's responsibility: keep your own backups of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from use of the app.

Data

The app collects no data and transfers none to the developer. See the privacy policy for the details, including how Google user data is handled.

Availability

The app is offered free of charge, with no service-level commitment. Features may change between versions, and a version may stop working with a mail provider that changes its own rules.

These terms may change; a new revision will appear on this page with a new date.
